• Altman and Ive recently decided to restructure “LoveFrom,” into a new company they both founded called “io,” with OpenAI acquiring it for $6.5 billion.

• The all-stock deal is OpenAI’s biggest acquisition to date, gaining Ive’s team of 55 designers, architects, and engineers, which includes 20 former Apple employees led by Tang Yew T., Ex-Lead Designer of the iPhone and Apple Watch.
