Figure AI introduced Figure 03 (F.03),” a new general-purpose humanoid robot equipped with Helix to see, act, and do just like humans.

Key Details:
  • Helix is a Vision-Language-Action Model (VLA) that enables F.03 to think like us in three ways:

    1. See: Recognize objects like we do with our eyes.

    2. Listen: Listen to instructions like we do with our ears.

    3. Do: Perform movements like we do with our bodies.

  • Imagine saying: “Grab that red sponge!” F.03 would See the red sponge, Listen to the command, and Do it by reaching out and picking it up.

  • Figure AI also built BotQ,” a high-volume manufacturing facility designed to produce up to 12,000 humanoid robots per year.

Why It’s Important:
  • Labor costs heavily influence the prices of goods and services. Efficiently deploying F.03 in warehouses could reduce labor costs over time, ultimately lowering the prices of goods and services for consumers.

  • The humanoid robot market will likely reach $5 trillion by 2050. That means there could be more than 1 billion humanoid robots in use within the next 25 years! So, as humanoid robots become increasingly integrated into our daily lives, we must address ethical concerns to ensure they enhance human well-being.

🦅What Do Americans Really Think About AI?

Image Source: blackbox Lab/James W. Riley/“Performance or Principle: Resistance to Artificial Intelligence in the U.S. Labor Market!”/Screenshot

The Harvard Business School (HBS) recently surveyed 2,357 Americans to understand their views on AI and automation in the U.S. workforce.

Key Details:
  • Americans already support automating 30% of occupations based on the capabilities of today’s AI. When asked to imagine AI that’s faster, better, and cheaper than most humans, support for automation jumped to 58%.

  • In other words, most Americans aren’t morally opposed to automation; they just don’t believe today’s AI is capable enough yet. Most resistance isn’t about principle, it’s about performance.

  • That said, there’s still a clear boundary to how much Americans will accept: 12% of occupations, including clergy, judges, and childcare, are considered “morally repugnant” to automate.

Why It’s Important:
  • The Stanford SALT Lab also recently surveyed 1,500 U.S. workers across 104 professions, discovering that they primarily want to automate low-value, repetitive responsibilities.

  • Around 80% of the U.S. workforce could have at least 10% of their responsibilities affected by LLMs and AI Agents within the next five years. Over 30% of U.S. workers might see at least 50% of their daily workflows disrupted by GenAI.

⚙️The Priority Power-Up!

We’ve all had those days when your to-do list feels like it’s doubled overnight, and everything suddenly seems so urgent. Before you know it, you’re juggling high-stakes tasks with endless low-value busywork. In other words, you can’t tell what actually matters most anymore.

Instead of getting buried in busywork, turn ChatGPT into your personal task prioritization strategist to help you Clarify → Categorize → and Conquer.

Act as my personal task prioritization strategist. I need you to help me create a "Priority Matrix Master Plan."

Task Snapshot:
- CURRENT WORKLOAD: {List all the tasks you're currently responsible for.}

- PRIORITIZATION: {Explain why it's difficult for you to prioritize right now.}

- GOALS: {Outline the primary goals you're working toward right now.}

Instructions:
1) COLLECT: Help me organize all of my tasks based on current deadlines and importance level.

2) CATEGORIZE: Sort my tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix to separate the urgent from the goal-aligned.

3) FOCUS: Identify which tasks directly align with my GOALS, and prioritize them above everything else.

OUTPUT RULES:
#1: Use brief, direct, and actionable bullet points.

#2: Avoid overwhelming me with too many suggestions.

#3: Use simple, everyday language to avoid complicated jargon.
