OpenAI and SoftBank Group Inc. announced a partnership to launch “Cristal Intelligence,” a framework that provides advanced Enterprise AI solutions through a tailored version of ChatGPT.

To accelerate the deployment of “Cristal Intelligence,” OpenAI and SoftBank Group Inc. agreed to establish a Joint Venture (JV) called SB OpenAI Japan. This JV will market “Cristal Intelligence” exclusively to major companies in Japan.
