📊Will AI Improve Jobs or Eliminate Jobs?

The Department of Economics at Harvard University found that AI-powered tools are reshaping the career ladder, with entry-level job roles increasingly at risk.
Key Details:
Roughly 170 million new jobs are projected to be created this decade, while 92 million jobs are projected to be displaced this decade.
While these projections suggest the overall number of jobs will increase, it also implies that over 22% of current job roles will be displaced by 2030.
The rise of AI-powered tools adds a layer of complexity, especially with how, when, and where AI will create jobs or destroy jobs.
For instance, AI-powered tools are projected to replace 67% of sales representatives and 53% of market research analysts.
Since early 2023, enterprises adopting AI-powered tools have slashed early-career hiring by 22%.
U.S. workers aged 22 to 25 have experienced a 13% relative decline in employment within AI-exposed career paths like coding or customer service.
Why It’s Important:
These entry-level job roles were traditionally the on-ramp to successful careers in law, finance, and marketing. But AI-powered tools can now perform detailed legal research or analyze market trends faster, more accurately, and more efficiently.
In contrast, senior-level job roles are thriving, with managers and executives spending 10% less time on routine, administrative, or coordination workflows. In other words, AI-powered tools are handling the more repetitive daily tasks, allowing C-suite leadership to focus more on strategic oversight.

🔬Cracking the Electron Code To Accelerate Drug Design
Scientists at MIT EECS recently developed “FlowER,” which accurately predicts how electrons move between atoms during chemical reactions.
Key Details:
In simple terms, molecules are groups of atoms bonded together, but what actually holds these atoms together? It’s electrons! Atoms share electrons with each other to create chemical bonds.
These chemical bonds play a crucial role in how drugs interact with our bodies. For example, it’s why medications dissolve after you take them. So, if we can predict how electrons move between atoms, we can design more effective medications that save time, money, and lives.
“FlowER” utilizes a Bond-Electron Matrix (BEM) to mathematically represent the movement and redistribution of electrons during chemical reactions. It’s basically just a grid of numbers that maps out how many electrons are being shared between atoms within molecules.
Then, “FlowER” deploys AI-enabled algorithms to analyze the BEM and learn complex underlying patterns in how electrons move. Once trained, it can examine any chemical bond and apply this learned knowledge to forecast how electrons will redistribute and how atoms will interact in response to changes like shifts in temperature or variations in pressure.
Why It’s Important:
Right now, drug development is incredibly slow, uncertain, and expensive. On average, creating a new medication takes over a decade and costs up to $6.7 billion.
“FlowER” makes chemistry less guesswork and more exact science. That means better stuff, sooner, for way less money.

⚙️Your Habit Formation Framework!
It’s not just about willpower. Most new habits don’t stick because they lack structure, support, and sustainability.
In other words, new habits that stick aren’t forced; they align with who you are, not who you’re trying to force yourself to be.
Building new habits that stick revolves around two variables:
Friction Points: Things that make new habits harder.
Motivation Boosters: Things that make new habits easier.
By identifying your friction points and discovering your motivation boosters, you can develop a daily rhythm that naturally supports your new habits. This daily rhythm removes resistance and reinforces success, setting the foundation for lasting change.
This simple prompt turns ChatGPT into your personal habit coach:
Context: I want to build new habits that last,
Clarity: but I struggle with consistency and motivation.
Guidance: Can you develop a practical step-by-step plan to help me identify what makes {Insert New Habit} harder to stick based on {Insert Daily Routine}, and offer actionable tips to overcome these challenges?
